  • Is The Community Secure?

At Buckner Properties, we intentionally avoid using “secure” as it can often be misleading and give a false sense of safety. Yes. Buckner Properties utilizes various key control systems, and keys are only released to residents and/or authorized persons after obtaining appropriate identification. We require your authorization to release a key to someone not on your lease agreement. Locks are re-keyed after every move-out.

  • How Do You Handle Lockouts After Hours?

If you should lock yourself out of your apartment after the management office has closed, it is your responsibility to call a locksmith to gain entry to your apartment. If the lock is changed by the locksmith, you must notify Buckner Properties so that the lock may be re-keyed during office hours. If you should lose your keys, please do not hesitate to ask us to change or re-key your locks. We will be more than happy to do so for a nominal charge.

  • Would You Ever Give Out My Personal Information?

At Buckner Properties, resident information is kept confidential and is released only with your consent or upon a legal order. Contact information may be released in limited situations if a resident is responsible for damage to others and has failed to maintain the renter’s insurance.

  • Is My Personal Information Secure?
